The Big Roof Replacement
You can imagine that a 115 year old roof has seen better days. Old steel, lots of holes and plenty of rust. One of the largest undertakings in this renovation was replacing the entire roof! Something to last another 100 years. No other choice here but Steeline!
New windows to embrace the views
The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the ranges and town, so a big priority was to open the home up to those views with big new windows and at the same time, increasing the energy efficiency of the place with double glazing. Game Changer!
