Meet Annie’s Hill House. Walt gets to work on opening the floor-plan up, ripping walls down and discovering a pandora's box, plus heating and cooling is added.
Heating and Cooling!
The first big job was to transform this freezing old house with heating and cooling. Walt added a whole house ducted heating and cooling system from HAIER, which enabled room level climate control and automation. A game changer for the frosty mornings
Hot Water system
To compliment the whole house approach for energy efficiency and running costs, next on the hit list was a heat pump hot water system from HAIER, which works together with the home's automation and solar system. Meaning almost free hot water!
Scaffolding Day!
Pretty amazing milestone day when you get your scaffolding installed! This enables our trades to work safely at heights and as a home owner, safely paint those high areas and prep what works needs to be done. Scaffolding requirements differ from state to state.
Whole House Water Filter
If you've ever stopped and sniffed your town water, you may have detected a chlorine or swimming pool smell. These days, smart renovators are adding water filters to their home, to filter out metals, forever chemicals and other nasties in your water supplies

This renovation will only work if the current floor plan can be totally changed, transforming the disjointed front area into an open plan kitchen, living, dining and laundry area. We engaged engineers to arrive at the verdict!
